聚丙烯酰胺代替淀粉和明胶用作纤维的浆料，可使纤维具有极好的梳棉性，并明显降低浆料的消耗量。聚丙烯酰胺还可用作上浆剂，织物整理剂等，利用其吸湿性强的特点，能减少纺细纱时的断线率。

该产品采用前加碱聚合后水解制备方法，液体聚丙烯酰胺，在聚合时加入多元引发剂，并通入二氧化碳控制聚合体系值。产品外观呈白色颗粒或粉末固体状。能以任意比例溶解于水且不溶于有机溶剂。有效的pH值范围为7到14，在中性碱性介质中呈高聚合物电解质的特性，与盐类电解质敏感，与高价金属离子能交联成不溶性凝胶体。
This product adopts adding alkaline before polymerization and hydrolysis after polymerization. Add multiple initiators during polymerization and control polymerization system value by carbon dioxide. Product appearance is white particles or powder. It can dissolve in water in any proportion but insoluble in organic solvents. The effective pH range is 7 to 14 and it shows the characteristics of high polymer electrolyte in a neutral or alkaline medium. Also it is sensitive to salts electrolyte and can stitch insoluble gel with high metal ions.
